Meng Yang joined Guanglu Lab as a master’s student in polymer chemistry and physics in 2023. On May 22, 2026, she successfully defended her master’s thesis, titled “Cucurbit[8]uril-Mediated Pathway Regulation and Bicyclic Construction in Tetravalent Host-Guest Systems.” Her work focused on pathway selection and structural construction in multivalent host-guest assemblies, leading to new progress in controlling complex supramolecular assembly.
In her earlier self-introduction, Meng described herself as positive, optimistic, warm, and easygoing, and hoped to become a better version of herself through study at Jilin University.
