Ruiqi Wang joined Guanglu Lab as a master’s student in 2021. On August 31, 2024, she successfully defended her master’s thesis and became the first master’s graduate from Guanglu Lab. During her three years in the group, she played a key role in coordinating academic activities and ensuring the smooth running of lab affairs. She is also known for her exceptional singing voice and has reached the finals of the Supramolecular Karaoke Contest multiple times.

In her earlier self-description, Ruiqi described herself as enthusiastic, cheerful, optimistic and lovely. She also described herself as tolerant and good at communicating with others, someone who can patiently listen to others' thoughts and effectively enlighten them.
