Guanglu Wu is currently a PI and associate professor of supramolecular chemistry at State Key Laboratory of Supramolecular Structure and Materials, Jilin University. His recent research focuses on “rational design, precise preparation, and dynamic control of multi-component functional assemblies”. He has established a set of effective strategies for the quantitative preparation of multi-component assemblies and corresponding materials. Molecular assembly systems constructed in his research exhibit characteristics stemmed from the cooperation among multiple components, such as dimerization-induced fluorescence enhancement, high-efficiency intermolecular energy transfer, sequence-specific structural chirality, artificial peptide folding, etc.
